My company is food-tec-kitchn. I cater for all types of occasions, Although my main food is Caribbean, which is full of flavour and can aslo be spicy to meet your individual needs. I also produce my own home made sauces, which are sold in local stores , restaurants and at Fairs

What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish would have to be mutton Curry, as it is always popular with clients and they always say it's something they would definitely buy again and again.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I discuss my client's personal needs and preferences with them on a 1-1 basis.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking. I love creating with food. I love feeding other people with quality food that they will enjoy and come back for more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had the idea for a long time now. I have been working in education teaching food technology , catering and health and social care for most of my career. I trained and cook as a Chef/Cook previous to this. I feel this is my time now to do something i have always dreamed of.
