Describe your creative process.
Keeping this as a summary of our process we initially meet with the customer to discuss the project, once we have a brief we start our research into the project.
Completing the research into relevant aspects of the customer we can create a strategy of how to develop concepts. Once the customer has decided on a concept we develop and the present. After the presentation we thoroughly test the site and tweak any little bits. Finally we deliver the site to the customer as a finish website.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We speak about their ideas and complete a questionnaire with relevant questions on.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and listen to the ideas they have, their hopes and dreams of a concept that will eventually become live for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After each of our team members working for other companies that treated customers as numbers or badly, We got together to offer a personal touch not just to the service we offer but to offer customers a personal service from a studio rather than an agency. Everyone at 13 Degrees actually cares about the customers and the job we do for them.
