I contacted 123 logistics and services on Wednesday evening and they were glad to assist me, on Thursday they picked my furniture including my small Renault Kwid, traveled through the night and they were in Cape Town on Friday evening to deliver everything the way they took it in Johannesburg and very excellently so with great warmth and friendly. Prior to them assisting me I was disappointed by 2 removal companies in Johannesburg EFI and Aran with no transpency and many unfilled promises for 3 weeks, taking my furniture from this one to that one until eventually I got reffered to 123 logistics and services. 123 Logistics is a reliable company.I paid my deposit 2 weeks before the day of the removal.My move was from Nelspruit to Pretoria but i had already moved to Pretoria and left my furniture in the storage. I notified them 2 days before the move that i could not make it to Nelspruit with them but i could give them the storage keys and they said it was okay with them.The guys came in the morning as i had requested at 6am to pick up the storage keys and drove to Nelspruit by 11am they were at the storage.Loading the furniture took them 2 hrs and around 18:30 they were at my new place in Pretoria.i did receive all my furniture in good order and they saved me from driving to Nelspruit and back to Pretoria.I will refer them to friends.Keep it up guys More...

1) driver overslept on day of removal. Arrived 1.5 hours late. 2) driver said the 300km trip will take 5 hours. They took 8. After calling the driver several times, he admitted to be delivering other goods on the way. 3) my fridge was damaged on the way. Upon contacting the manager, Collen, he was very rude.
