Mike has been an absolute life saver. We had a website done by another designer which wasn't great, didn't do what was needed. I contacted Mike and explained what we needed our website to do. He told us this was a new one for him and he would research the best plug in etc. After alot of reading and research (on his end) he found the perfect solution. What makes a great website?
A great website meets its goals. Whatever the website's intended purpose is, it should do it, which varies. Understanding what the website's goals are is not always easy but that's where I can help. Reach customers, get found or make sales. Let me know.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I ask clients about their goals. I need specific requirements so I can help, but if they're unsure, that's what I can help. Stage one in any new client onboarding is making sure I know what they want.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy learning new skills and applying them to the projects I'm working on. I'm not a person who likes to do one job, and having a variety of clients is what I enjoy. I also enjoy the freedom of being self employed and regularly take breaks during the day to walk the dogs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
While making websites for people in my spare time, the company I worked for closed, and rather than looking for a new job, I continued to create websites. I've never looked back. It's something I really enjoy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a wide variety of skills that can be very beneficial. I can usually help with many areas of the client's business. Many companies say they can do something and don't deliver. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work remotely, and while Covid-19 restrictions where in place, I communicated more using zoom meetings.
