If are interested in or do BJJ and live in the Pasadena area, you owe it to yourself to get down to 10P Pasadena. The professors here have absolutely world class level jiu jitsu skills. In addition, they also have an excellent ability to communicate their skills and run a classroom. I teach at the university level for a living, and think the level of jiu jitsu curriculum development by Eric and Erik is comparable with that of courses offered at the best universities in the world. This level of curriculum development will help both beginners and seasoned vets systematize their understanding of the game, and improve at a much quicker rate. More...

Prior to training with Eric Ramey, I had zero confidence in my no gi game. I honestly dreaded attending no gi classes at my hometown gym and felt incredibly out of place during sparring.
I wasn’t sure if it’d ever click for me; however, after training with Eric for two weeks over the holiday, I finally made a breakthrough.
Eric has an incredible ability to teach and simply convey integral principles to jiu jitsu. As nice as it is to learn a ton of moves, it’s hard to connect the dots without solid concepts. After two weeks of learning core fundamentals and basic techniques, my confidence immediately shot up and my game immediately improved in both gi and no gi.
Having to leave 10th Planet Pasadena became extra tough since I hate having to walk away from such great tutelage and a positive training environment. Thank you Coach Eric for radically improving my jiu jitsu and I look forward to returning soon.

I signed my little one up in December and the kids coaches are amazing!!! Super patient and excellent teachers. I signed up myself last month and the experience so far has been great. Éric Cruz has been my coach for several years. What can I say about him...it’s the best that I ever had, he has a real and precise technique.
I met his partner Erik Ramey in the USA two months ago. This guy is just incredible, his Jiu-Jitsu is exceptional.
They are both black belts and they have a high unique level.
It’s for these reasons that I recommend to those who like Jiu-Jitsu and 10th Planet to train in their academy.
