Hey guys!

We are Sam and Jordan, a husband and wife team that run Riley & Me Photography.

We understand that the search for a good photographer can be a little difficult especially for big events in your life like weddings, your baby's first photos, or your daughter’s college graduation, etc. and that’s why we have strived to make this process a little easier. Nowadays it seems like everyone has a camera and can “take” a picture, but do they know how to make a good photograph? Do they know how to tell your specific story?

At Riley & Me Photography we pride ourselves in delivering high quality images the right way and capturing those precious moments in time so that you can relive the fun and excitement of your special day over and over again. We believe it is our fiduciary duty to provide our clients with absolute professionalism and to share with them the love that we have for this special art.

Sam is an award-winning photographer with fifteen years of both domestic and international experience. Sam graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Photojournalism. He served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and became a professional photographer after graduating from the Defense Information School in Maryland and was only one of two Marine Combat Photographers in 2011 to be selected to attend the Military Photojournalism Program at Syracuse University in New York, an elite program that trains military service members in storytelling through multimedia. As a military photographer, Sam had the great privilege of telling visual stories from diverse peoples in places like Colombia, Haiti, Costa Rica, Panama, and many more.

Rather than just picking up a camera and calling ourselves "photographers," Sam believes that having an education in photography is an important factor for understanding the technical side of the industry so we can provide our clients with the most artistic and beautiful images for sharing with family and friends for many generations to come.

When Sam and Jordan are not making photographs they enjoy walking their dogs, Riley Bear, a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog and Rusty, an Entlebucher Mountain Dog, and spending time in the great outdoors.

We are located in Winona, Minnesota but frequently travel to other areas, so if you have a location in mind for your special day just ask!
