When conducting Investigations, 10-40 I.S always uses all available and relevant identifiers to ensure accurate results. Every operation on every file processed is recorded in an audit trail for record tracking and research in our system.

All prospective clients must have an Initial Consultation before we accept any investigation, it is essential that you be interviewed by one of our Licensed Investigators to determine the special needs of your case and provide you with a realistic idea of the services that we are able to provide. If we accept your case, the consultation fee will be credited to your investigation. The investigator will also estimate the projected expense of your investigation and the amount of time it will take. No services will initiate prior to the signed contract and paid a retainer.
Subcontractors: 10-40 I.S and its related entities do use carefully-screened, licensed and bonded associates and subcontractors who are committed to our same professional standards to support larger-scale investigations. Work by subcontractors is carefully reviewed before being integrated into the investigative file.
