From beginning to end Joe showed the utmost professionalism. Â Prior to deciding which vehicle we wanted to have our son transported in for his prom, we made arrangements with Joe to look at the Model X and the 8-person party bus. Â We were grateful that Joe offered to meet us closer to our house so we could see both vehicles (instead of driving to meet him). Â The Model X was very nice, but once we saw the party bus it was a no-brainer which vehicle we were going to hire for our son's special night. Â We asked Joe to provide plastic champagne glasses and Martinelli's sparkling cider for our son and his friends. Â Joe gladly fulfilled our request and the kids loved it! Â The driver took the kids everywhere they asked to go (i.e. the capitol for pictures, in-n-out, etc.). Â He was professional and safe. Â All of the kids had a great time. Â Another feature of the service that we really liked was the app that allowed us to follow the party bus. Â I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the whole experience. We had a great experience with this company while using them for transportation home from a Sacramento concert to El Dorado Hills. It'll we had four families and our kids on our ride and it was so much fun! The kids loved the neon lights and we played music the whole ride having a great time. Our driver was very professional and kind to the kids and parents. The shuttle/party bus we had rented was stocked with drinks and was perfect for our drive home after an all day concert. I will definitely be using this company for future transportation and highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a reliable, clean and fun ride. More...

I've been an administrative assistant for over 12 years and have worked with car service companies all over the West Coast, 1 Way Tesla is hands down THE BEST car service company I have ever worked with--both professionally and personally! Â Â Joe and his team are always professional, communicative, and accommodating. Â As an assistant to high level executives, schedules change at the last minute and flights are delayed or cancelled all the time, and every driver here has always been able to accommodate the sudden changes and are always super nice about it! Â One or the most useful tools 1 Way Tesla uses is their app! Â Through it you can track and text your driver. Â Due to traumatizing experiences with other car companies, I used to always worry when my executives traveled--did they get picked up on time? Â Did they get to the airport on time? Â Is the driver tracking the flight to make sure they are at the airport when it arrives? Â Is the driver sober These are all worries that USED to run through my head! Â Every. Single. Time. Â But the app gives me peace of mind because I have a direct line to the driver and can even see where they are on a map during the entire reservation! Â It's awesome! Â Since I've started working with 1 Way Tesla, I know I never have to worry about the car ground transportation portion of any travel itinerary I put together.
