What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked as a Human Resources Director across 38 cultures and in UK/ Europe, USA and Asia Pacific, I felt I had learnt by making mistakes on how business is conducted in the different cultures and how communication varies across cultures. This inspired me to help businesses of all sizes and in all industry groups to assist them in how to work and communicate effectively and also remotely, so they were even more effective in bringing the bottom line and also create greater relationships and trust .
