I am a tenant in one of Core’s properties in the east end. My heating went down Christmas Day. Core had an engineer at the flat and restored everything by lunchtime.
Meaning Christmas was saved. Thank you so much. I just wanted to sent a quick message to say that I really appreciated your friendly helpful can do service.

Moved in to a property in the Merchant City near High Street. The price was easily the best I've seen in the area (under £350 a month excluding bills - cheap than what I was looking at in parts of the East End). Rooms were sizeable and there's plenty of amenities nearby. A very small number of minor repairs needed to be made (as happens within every flat) and Core were always quick to fix them. In one case they actually went beyond what was required and arranged for a new washing machine to be installed instead of fixing the existing one. More...

I have been a tenant of Core property management for 3 months now and have found their service to be second to none. For the last 5 years I have been renting and have been with several different letting agencies and have found that there are vast differences in the level of service a tenant can receive. Core however made the move completely issue free and were on hand to help and answer any questions I had. Both Craig and Maria were extremely helpful.
