What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Our process is always to start with a phone conversation about the issues the company is having, the challenges that they would like assistance with and their overall goals. With this information, we can then provide an accurate and expert response that will allow them to overcome any setbacks and start to grow.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We can cater for all types of printing, including general office printing, signage and exhibition displays.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping our clients overcome challenges and helping take some of the work load from them, so they can achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My growing up in an entrepreneurial family my knowledge of business evolved from an early age. After gaining experience in a variety of technical roles, I realised my passion was to run my own business. Initially it was selfish reasons of gaining the freedom, but now it is about the feeling of helping another company succeed.
