avoid at all costs - I bought an expensive chandelier which was faulty (which we only were able to discover after paying for quite an involved installation).
I accepted a replacement. ( I should have asked for a full refund at this stage).
I ended up had to pay to get the faulty one taken down and a replacement installed.
I asked Universal if they'd offer some compensation and/or goodwill for the extra costs associated with the additional installation costs - their response... "you got a replacement".....
There are plenty of good companies out there that won't make customers pay for the extra costs of faulty products (which sometimes happen). Any appearance of a good deal is more than wiped out by the hidden cost of working with this company.

Eddie did everything he could to try to make it work but when I had to cancel he was true to his word and emailed me to confirm the process, then emailed again to let me know the credit had been actioned.
