He quoted me the costs and I explained my husband was asleep and I would speak with him when he wakes. My hot water heater was not working so I called Select last night and they said they would have someone contact me for the repair. I checked with dispatch in the morning and they said they were locating a local contractor for the repair. By mid afternoon the contractor called as he was on his way. Within a short time the repair was diagnosed and repaired the only problem I saw was the amount of time the contractor had to take explaining the repair to the adjuster as the contractor was asked several times if he was on premise which he told them he was and I was also talking to the adjuster giving them requested information. All in all I would rate Select highly as they did what they promised and actually hired a competent knowledgeable contractor. I would recommend they keep his name on file for other customers More...
