I love seeing Business Owners and Key Executives experiencing amazing success. I love being able to dramatically enhance and improve a customers bottom line profits and seeing how they reap the benefits. I have found that the plight of the unhappy business owner comes down to 1 of 2 challenges: either they are working too hard and long, or they are not making enough money. I am an entrepreneur through and through. Absolutely. In fact, 100% of all of my clients have been online and remote. Depending on the size of the organizations, we prefer to have 2 onsite visits per year. The first is a 2 day deep dive into the business foundation, leadership and fundamentals. The second, which is 3-4 months later, is a 2-3 day strategy and execution session.

Really a non-event anymore. But during the pandemic, we had in person visits, however we took appropriate precautions and safeguards in accordance with CDC guidelines.

The first step to achieving a high performance organization is to identify your purpose and current reality.  This is your core identity system.  When there is a lack of clarity of purpose, employees feel disconnected and lose the trust of leadership.  

According to a recent Gallup poll, 78% of employees have no clear picture for where the company is going and consequently don’t trust the leaders.   People want value and meaning in their work. We create your foundation through your mission, vision, core values and legacy impact.  This sets the stage for everything else to be built upon and gives your employees a true north from which to operate.

You can’t execute a solid strategy when you have a revolving door of employees.  Low employee retention and high turnover rates are plaguing so much of the corporate world, especially since the great resignation.
According to a 2022 McKinsey & Company survey, 40% of all respondents said they are at least somewhat likely to quit their jobs in the next three to six months.  However, companies who have an actively engaged workforce have 43% less turnover and much better retention rates. And on top of that, they never have recruitment problems because all the good people never want to leave.
So you can see that low levels of engagement is directly related to high turnover and is a real problem today.
