Thrilled to find Michelle!! I just moved to the UK and tried many reflexologists. Michelle is the real thing, a reflexologist not to be passed up. A real find, thank goodness.

I recently had two reflexology sessions with Michelle four days apart to help me recover from a painful lower back muscle problem that had left me hobbling around, unable to sit comfortably and on prescription painkillers. On both occasions, the sudden leap forward in progress after her treatment was clear.Within 24 hours of the first session, I was enjoying much greater freedom of movement without pain, allowing me to start some gentle stretching exercises on the affected area. Within 24 hours of the second session, all the discomfort I was feeling just dissolved and I felt 95% back to normal. I stopped taking the prescription painkillers the next day as I didn't need them any more. I'm still recovering slowly, but have no doubt that Michelle greatly assisted with the healing process. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough- she is warm, welcoming and immediately put me at ease. Michelle took one look at the soles of my feet (before she had even touched them! ) and accurately stated my shoulders held most of my tension. New to reflexology and with an acute phobia of my feet being touched... (not had a pedicure in 5 years) I am totally HOOKED! !

Michelle worked magic from the first treatment. Post natal, I was suffering from awful hip pain that had resulted in great difficulty lifting my baby and walking...my energy levels were low and stress high.

My first session changed this...within 24 hours i felt relief and energy to exercise and walk with better ease.

I am continuing my treatment as the benefits are truly amazing.

I was lucky enough to be recommended for an appointment with Michelle for some reflexology. When I went for my appointment I was suffering with severe muscular back pain.
After running through my important medical history and lifestyle Michelle immediately made me feel relaxed in the lovely cabin that she uses for her work and worked her magic.
I felt confident in what she was telling me, my treatment and she gave me some good advice for my back pain and future care.

Michelle is amazing. I called her up last minute on a Sunday and she saw me straight away. I had no idea what reflexology was but was ready to try anything to help reduce the pain in my neck/shoulder/back. Michelle is very knowledgeable and I found the whole session fascinating, I certainly learnt a lot today! After an hours session I could feel my symptoms already starting to reduce. It was also very relaxing at the same time. She could pinpoint exactly where it hurt on my feet without me saying a word or giving anything away. I first visited Michelle last year mainly for fertility reasons. After a great first session I automatically felt more relaxed and distressed. After two sessions with Michelle I felt so positive and calm. After only a very short period of time I found out I fell pregnant. Michelle works her magic on my feet (and effectively whole body) for an hour every month. This is an hour of 'me time' I so look forward to! I genuinely feel the stress of day to day life slip away and the focus she has given to helping with my health complaints (particularly long term back pain and an over active bladder) has made a real difference. I treat my monthly visit to Michelle as part of my mind and body health maintenance program. It's also great to have a catch up. Being my first reflexology experience, I wasn't too sure what to expect when I booked my appointment with Michelle and goodness, was I impressed! I have been seeing Michelle for reflexology for about 9 months now and I can honestly say that she is so professional and friendly, I've had reflexology before but this is so much better, she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. She has helped me to feel less stressed on things ranging from work issues to fertility and I think she has worked miracles, i always come out of the sessions feeling nice and chilled.

She now has a lovely cabin in her garden where she does her treatments. It's nice & cosy & she will wrap you up as well if you want to keep you warm.
