Fitted all our upstairs carpets in a very old house which wasn’t an easy job! It looks great and would definitely use Terry again.

Terry was great - perfect mount of a complicated piece of equipment- very friendly and charged a fair price. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job result. Will definitely recommend 👍🏻

Used JRJ property maintenance for the first time today and I cant thank these guys enough. They came at short notice and on a Sunday afternoon too, they were very professional and friendly from the start. Terry came originally to clean our guttering as it was blocked and not draining properly. Terry and his son got on it straight away, it wasn't an easy job but they took it in there stride and they worked and got the job done. While carrying out the work we then found out our drain was also blocked so the water from the guttering wouldn't now drain, terry took control and we all worked together to get it unblocked, it wasn't easy but terry and his son allowed me to stay calm by taking control and they helped solve the problem. Even though they didn't come out to sort the drain they didn't walk away and leave it they stayed and helped fix the problem, not a lot of people would have done that and I am so grateful. Very hardworking men who are so friendly, excellent prices charged too! I cant thank them enough and I will definitely be recommending JRJ property maintenance and having them back for any future work that may need doing, thank you guys 10/10! More...
