I offer 1:1 Person-Centred Counselling face to face and over the telephone. Person-Centred Counselling is based on the idea that you, the client are the expert on your own internal state. It aims to help you access this expertise by talking with you in particular way. Counselling can help with many challenging situations and feelings.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing a person recover from their distress and regain control of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being on the receiving end of counselling myself and experiencing the empowering effects of it. Also working as a counsellor and a mentor in three different organisations underlined my own experience of counelling, and emphaised how helpful it can be in building confidence and self-esteem. I felt I wanted to facilitate this for people without the constraints of working for an employer.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am a mature, empathic and balanced person who has come to this way of being due to a variety of challenging experiences throughout my life. I sought counselling on several occasions to help me, so I have first hand experience of being on the receiving end.
