We Enjoyed and loved Chef Troy’s cooking, professionalism and service so much, we opted out of our traditional family Christmas dinner where the immediate family is in the kitchen for much of the day.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The Secret is "Reading The Crowd" Here at "BLESST" we DJ for many different age groups & ethnicity so being able to read the crowd and knowing what Music moves them is important. It is key to stay abreast of many Genres of Music. Not just what you like but whats popular and what has been popular over the years in every Genre. This keeps you ready whether it's a mixed crowd or a fixed crowd. Also you have to talk and keep people energized and motivated.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Our Style is Service Oriented. We aim to go above and beyond to not just impress but blow away our Clients. We achieve this Goal weekly. Whether its how good the Food is and how much of it there is so we never run out, How much fun you had with the Music or the quality of the Pictures & Video. Also the little things. Being on time and being dressed appropriately.
What’s your signature dish?
2 of my Signature Appetizers are my Shrimp & Grit Cups & my Chicken Waffle Sliders. My Signature Entre' is my Herb Roasted Chicken Breast.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect Menu is all about listening to your Client. You know your people better than I do. We hone in on your likes and provide items we know you and your guest want to eat.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that we party with you. We service and participate in your event to help make it lively. I love how people love our cameramen dancing among them taking pictures and videos, how our Dj's talk to the crowd and teach them dances, how our servers and bartenders dance around while performing their duties and how client appreciate it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This Business was inspired by God. I always wanted my own Business so he said take what you learned in life and start it and I did. I was a Fine Dinning Chef for 20 years, A recording Studio Owner & a A/V Tech mentored by a Emmy Winning Producer. This experiences motivated and allowed me to build this Business
