The work was for a putting green which was beyond their capabilities. The finish was not what was required and the level of clean up could have been better. Communications could also have been better; I am still waiting for a receipt for the amount paid which he did negotiate as a reduction due to the level of work done. We parted amicably but I now need to find someone to finished the putting green properly. More...
