A Moment of Grace Florist

I just have to say that this florist did an amazing job with the flowers for my Mother-in-law's funeral. The arrangements were beautiful, the called in orders from family were made as close to the requests as possible. The plant we received was healthy and well presented. I love that they were able to mix in long lasting flowers in with the shorter lasting ones (roses) so the arrangements could last longer. After a couple of days I was able to make several smaller vase arrangements to bring to the care facility that cared for my Mother-in Law. I especially appreciate that the flowers used were varied and not all run of the mill. Thank you for adding to the dignity and bringing beauty into a very sorrowful time in our family's life. My recently deceased brother was an avid outdoorsman. He lived (and loved) to hunt and fish. When I called to order flowers from my sisters, sister-in-law and me, I talked to Cathy at A Moment of Grace florist in Warrenton, MO and asked if she could somehow personalize an arrangement for him. She was so accommodating and kind! Turned out she was doing his casket floral (with a ribbon that said 'Gone Fishing') and other arrangements as well. So I called my sister-in-law, and she said, "hey! I have some deer antlers, some feathers, a few fishing lures. I can take them up there to Cathy". These items belonged to my other recently deceased brother (amog also did florals for his funeral in Dec, '16), making it even more special since my brothers were close. I got married on May 13th, 2017 and when I first started searching for a florist I had the hardest time finding a florist that would take on my wedding with it being the day before Mother's Day (which is a huge business day for Florists). Then, my sister recommended the florist she used for her wedding years ago, A Moment of Grace Florist to me and I am SO glad she did. I sat down with Cathy and I was amazed at how professional, knowledgeable and personable she was and she was even willing to take on my wedding! I don't know very much about flowers so I brought in an inspiration picture I found on Pinterest and she was able to name the flowers in the picture and even made recommendations to make it better. When I received my bouquet I was in awe! It was so beautiful and even better than what I imagined! Cathy and her team did an excellent job on all of our bouquets and boutonnieres and captured the look and theme I was going for. I ordered flowers to be sent to my grandmother because my grandfather just passed away. The woman I spoke to on the phone was nothing but kind and considerate, paying attention to detail such as asking how names were spelled and how I wanted be message that came with the arrangement to read. They did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! I didn't really have too much of an idea of what I wanted, I showed her my wedding colors and she just rolled with it, we were totally blown away by the arrangements, the quality and the customer service!
