We are a locally owned and operated Event Services provider based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With 25 + years of experience offering customized services that cover every aspect of weddings, events and occasions including concept, design, decoration, coordination, catering services, rentals, food & beverage, budgeting, resources, promotion, vendors, consulting and execution, all focused on "creating memories to last a lifetime".

Words cannot express my extreme satisfaction with the efforts of the "a little DAB'll do ya" team led by Dean Black. These folks literally took the vision I had for this celebration and brought it to life. Not only are they creative, innovative, budget-friendly, detail focused and attentive, they did it all in a very professional manner. Because of this team our event was a huge success and I even got to enjoy every minute without worry! I would highly recommend "a little DAB'll do you" as the planner for your next event!!! More...

Dean Black is not your average event planner. He is very creative, quickly learns your style, actively listens, professional, has an agenda, sets goals/deadlines and meets them. He has excellent communication skills. He lives for making your event extra special and one that you will remember the rest of your life! I nicknamed him "Deanterest" many years ago because he comes up with his own creative ideas in his mind and does not rely on Pinterest to plan or decorate a party. A little DAB'll do ya is very reasonably priced event planning, especially with a genuine gentleman behind the scenes who will bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied. More...

Our Event/Wedding Management (partial-service) package is ideal when portions of the planning is complete and require less assistance than the full-service package. This offering is designed to allow the organizers a hands-on role in their planning activities, primarily with the big decisions like venue selection along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. Generally, this option begins anywhere from 8 to 4 months prior to the actual event date. ​Partial planning includes all of the services of our Coordination Package plus a select set of additional services mutually agreed upon.
