John & his team provided the purvey for my father's funeral, and did a wonderful job. The food was plentiful & delicious, and there was enough variety to tempt even the most fastidious eater. Glad we went with him.

It’s a very real pleasure to give feedback for the wonderful service that AtEase catering provided for our wedding at Machrahanish on the 15th August 2015. Firstly our main point of contact “John Buskie” proved to be a thoroughly reliable and competent organiser and due his vast experience for providing catering services for special events countrywide, he was able to offer advice, and indeed, assist in areas we hadn’t even thought of. He made the ‘call’ for dinner, he moved partitions, checked timing and immediately notified us first if it looked as though a conflict would arise – thank you John!Everyone commented on the high standards of his catering team, immaculately dressed and thoroughly professional as they went about their duties. It was abundantly clear that they hadn’t just been ‘rounded-up’ for the day. Table preparation was enhanced by AtEase material and if you have access to the pictures of our event, you can see the results for yourselves.Menu selection was excellent and again our guests commented favourably on the choices available, and, most importantly, the delightful way the meal was presented and tasted – thank you again John. We had known in advance that the meal was going to be very good because we had been invited to John’s Motherwell restaurant before the wedding where the meal and ambience had been super.In the run-up to the wedding, when we changed a few things due guest list changes etc, John was always available very quickly if we needed to confirm something quickly – he wasn’t one of those email only or worse still, menu driven answerphone services! We cannot praise John and his team highly enough. They catered for our wedding, out of all the suppliers including the venue atease catering were the only ones that filled us with complete confidence and then delivered and more. All our guests commented on how amazing the food was. John even took the time to go and sit next to one of our guests and discuss her dietaery needs before serving her. We at Burnbank Bowling Club have now been using John and his team all season and have found his meals to be first class. We used @Ease Catering early September for a family event in Loch Lomond and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. John is very professional from his menu planning, catering to specific needs where required and offered great suggestions based on our Scottish theme.John arrived in plenty of time to prep leaving us to enjoy our day and early evening before sitting down for dinner. The quality of the food was superb, it was presented beautifully and the service from his waiter on site was great too! All 3 courses were delicious and John would ensure the timing of the meals were in line with our expectations - the dessert was a new experience for us and extra special to top off the meal - very impressive!! The whole family loved the experience I would 100% use @Ease Catering again for any catering requirements I had. John provides an excellent service for a very competitive price and I have already recommended to friends and family. More...
