I am a registered psychotherapist of Ontario with over 14 years of experience. I offer CBT and Mindfulness based CBT, and Logotherapy ( Meaning therapy) for crisis. My main focus is adult individual's mental health, however I offer parenting counseling and youth and adolescence mental health services.
