I truly appreciate Nathan and his down-to-earth nature. There was no judgement, just genuine empathy & understanding. He has helped me cope with anxiety by inserting rational thoughts (as he calls them) and creating a plan to move forward. Little, tiny steps everyday. My life is changing & I have hope for my future which is the greatest gift he & I have given me. Thank you Nathan for your dedication, unique personality and above all; your understanding. More...

Q&As

Being a Counsellor and Life Coach over the past 20 years I have had the privilege of supporting and watching my clients overcome obstacles, hurdles and set backs becoming strong and successful. This leading them to happiness and making them the person they are meant to be.

I have learned so many supports, counselling styles and tools over my years of experience. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that each person is truly an individual. This means that as a Counsellor you need to be able to find a treatment or mixture of treatments that work for the individual not the group. Owning my own business allows me the freedom to do this.

Although I do not have the magic pill or words to free individuals from whatever they are struggling with I do have the ability to find the supports and tools they need. My many years of experience has awarded me the knowledge needed to work with many different individuals with many different needs. I work with individuals based on their future with an understanding of where they have come from. Meaning that I try to support clients in moving forward and helping them to understand that they can not control what has happened but can control what happens next.
