Hired YardMasterYYC for the second time a couple of weeks ago to remove dead sod and replace with new soil and fresh sod. They did a good job with my plant bed refurbishment last year . Moe, Heba and crew are great to work with. They are very rapid in responding to communications and address any concerns very quickly. I contacted YardMasterYYC through the Home Depot local pros service. We set up an appointment for a review and estimate. The estimator never showed up. I emailed the contact person and she indicated that they were busy and that is why they never arrived, and would I like to reschedule. I indicated "no thank you". A call was in order to let us know they would not be coming; I should not have had to contact them. I'd like to work with a reliable company that respects the client's time. More...

Thank you for your feedback, Thersea. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. The estimator had 2 other estimates appointment booked from 4-6 PM. Once he was done, he contacted the office that he had a medical emergency due to heat stroke. Another client contacted us and we apologized for him. He completely understood and agreed to reschedule.
