Joanne, the owner of Willem and Jools, is an incredible florist. She did the flowers for my wedding and they looked absolutely beautiful. My husband and I have also bought flowers from Willem and Jools over the years and she always make everything look perfect. I don't know how she does it. She was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. I trusted from the very beginning that she would make sure everything ran smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything working with her. She was transparent and reasonable about costs as well, which I definitely appreciated. She also has a lovely spirit about her. My favourite florist of all time. When my mom buried her mother in Holland she made the flower arrangement for the coffin-I asked Joanne to source the same flowers for a bouquet when she came back to Canada. She understood what this piece would mean to my mom and went early in the morning to source Mimosa for the bouquet. We will never use another florist. Willem and Jools did all the flowers and decorations for my wedding in December and they did an amazing job. The bouquets were beyond what I could have imagined and knowing it was all in their hands made me very relaxed and able to focus on other things in the lead up to the big day. My first experience here was wonderful. I came in looking to purchase an bouquet for flowers for my grandmother and had no clue where to start. The staff member that was helping me out basically saved my day, she asked what my price range was and we worked together from there based off her suggestions. "Charming as all hell" is how I would describe this store and its lovely staff. Cannot believe just how helpful and knowledgable they are. Went in to purchase some party favours for a gathering at my home and felt like I won the lottery. There were these beautiful little ferns and also some really well-curated gifts. And of course I couldn't leave without a flower arrangement for centrepiece. The florist there pulled together the most stunning bouquet. You can't believe how many compliments I received that night. I have had a long-standing order with another florist to send an arrangement to my mother the first of every month but I quickly canceled and will now have Willem and Jools provide this service. Joanne is an incredibly talented and creative florist. More importantly, she is a kind, caring and thoughtful person, who is passionate about creating beautiful flower arrangements. She is simply a pleasure to work with. Joanne designed and prepared all the flowers for my wedding and I was amazed when I finally saw them on my wedding day! They were beyond beautiful and made everything look elegant and romantic. I received so many compliments about my flowers, even after the wedding!After the wedding I found out that Joanne went along with my brother-in-law to the wedding venue to help personally deliver and set up the flowers when the arrangements didn't fit into his car.
