What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy helping people finding solutions to their problems. I help landlords enjoy their life again as I know it is not an easy task to manage rental properties and tenants.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been managing a condo for a relatively long time, and really enjoyed it. That's why I decided to become a certified property manager. I know that being a landlord can be very challenging when it comes to dealing with tenants or repairs. I promise I will take away the stress from your life as a landlord.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a real expertise in communication, administration, accounting. Our focus is to offer reliable and affordable services, not a cheap service. Unlike other companies, we do most of the maintenance work ourselves to lower your expenses and we bring a personal touch to our services. in short , our landlord and our tenants do know us and trust us to do a good job for them.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We offer both options. Online communications with tenants. For example, they can upload pictures of what needs to be repaired. It means less visits needed to the units that way. Of course we also make building and/or unit inspection on a regular basis to ensure that everything is the way it is supposed to be.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow the Ontario Ministry of Health recommendations. All of our staff are fully vaccinated.
In regards to finding tenants, we create walkthrough videos of the units, on top of taking pictures. This saves on visits and future tenants have a very good idea of what the unit will look like.

Tenant Management
● Respond to all tenant requests
