The sales and quote process was extremely professional. What is lacking is the quality in workmanship. I had them replace my 15 year old gutters with new ones. My old gutters leaked a little, the new one has a stream of water coming from the corners - more than a leak. I called them yesterday and the person who answered the phone was frustratingly inconsiderate - either she has been there a long time, or is one of the owners or just plain doesn't care - she giggled when I tried to explain my issues. Rather than taking my name and address, like a normal person who believes in service, she told me to send an email to info@weatherguardgroup and that they would get to it when they could because they are really busy. I them a video of the stream of water coming down from one of the corners which also has white goop visible underneath. NOTHING! She wasn't too busy to call me multiple times a day to get paid; but now they are too busy. I would never recommend them. More...

We had our gutter guards placed in our gutters last week. Extremely efficient workers (2) and affordable price. We have yet to see that they do the job but living on a creek makes a nightmare cleaning out the gutters. This will definitely be better. Definitely recommend this company.
