What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At VCare247, we understand that the elderly are especially vulnerable to COVID-19 which is why we have put up a strict COVID-19 Prevention Protocols in place such as:
1) Special training to our PSWs regarding COVID-19 safety measures, applicable not just when they are dealing with clients but at all times.
2) Mandatory masks, gloves, sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizers to be carried by our PSWs at all times.
3) Regular health check ups and close monitoring of our PSWs.
4) PSWs trained to recognize symptoms of COVID-19.
5) Current N95 mask fit test certificate.
6) PSWs to have Covid-19 vaccination.
