I am happy to have found Momentum Ninja- my daughter loves it here. The people here are great with the kids and teach them skills at the same time. I went with a mom group last night and had an absolute blast. The coaches are amazingly supportive and friendly. No matter the skill level of each mom we were all encouraged to push ourselves and try new things. I will for sure be back!!

Absolutely phenomenal gym! Whether your passion is OCR or you wanna be a Ninja, this gym has it all! The coaches all have more than their fair share of a background in their profession to back up their teachings. I purchased a 12 week Adult Ninja pass & I've only had the chance to use it once so far as they just opened, but I WILL be back! I wish Vancity OCR only the best to come! Loving this place! I've done 3 Adult Ninja classes so far and have finally found an exercise class I'm excited to go to. I haven't done much more than walk my dog these last few years. And although I'm very much a beginner the staff have been wonderful and very encouraging. Been in class alongside adults that are way more fit then me and we all leave the class sweaty having had a great workout! The staff modify things easier or harder depending on your level. Five stars for the team at Vancity OCR! We had our sons 9th birthday party at OCR and the kids, as well as some adults, had the best time at the Ninja Gym! The group of kids were assigned a coach for the time in the gym. The coach did an excellent job of maintaining direction of a group of 9 years olds, coaching and, most importantly, making sure the kids had fun! The warped wall was obviously the big hit with the coach spending a fair amount of time with the kids working with them towards the big wall climb. The kids were given support from the group and time to make it up the wall. They all felt a great sense of accomplishment as the moved onto other challenges .Everybody had a great time at Vancity OCR with a well planned and supported birthday party. WestCoast Ninjas is an amazing training facility! The coaches (Michael, Brandon, Ryan & Jace) are phenomenal! My teenage son started at the summer camp, then drop in classes and is now a member of their competitive team. He loves it!

Really enjoyed my time here. I went for an open gym and had a blast. Even made it up the 14 ft wall.EDIT - I have now attended multiple classes here and have to say, it just keeps getting better. The SGX class was intense and just what I needed to get me in a good mindset for fitness.
