Thats always impressive, need I say more!
My enquiry was for a possible rebuild of a new garage.

My circumstances in a rebuild, is a little more complicated in nature.
Again, Marko took the time to listen in order to gain a good sense of all circumstances involved.

How long have you been in business?
I have been in the construction and renovation business for over 15 years. I started as a consultant and project manager for a commercial contractor and then ventured off on my own running a successful design-build firm for over 8 years.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to completely re-imagine someones home and transforming it into something beyond their imagination. This business is a creative outlet for me and I treat every builds as if it were my own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have also been creative in building models, puzzles, artwork, and music. I decided to pursue Mechanical Engineering in postsecondary but yearned to be creative. This is my opportunity to do so.
Why should our clients choose you?
We try to always keep our client's best interests in mind as we respect the fact that our job is in their home. We pride ourselves on staying on budget, even though timelines may change. Every build is specific to you, our client and we rarely copy a design.

Our initial work, consultations, and proposals can be completed remotely, but the build clearly must happen in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We created and followed strict covid protocol outlined by the federal, provincial and municipal governments. All our employees and trades are fully vaccinated and maintain a strict cleaning schedule.
Architectural, Design and Permits
We will take care of all the behind the scenes worked required to legally complete your project. This includes, but not limited to:
- Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and other associated plans
- Permit application and management
- Community of Adjustments hearings
- Inspection and permit close-out
Interior Design and Selections
Beyond the technical work required to obtain a permit, we also privde full interior design support which typically include layouts, 3d renderings and finishes selections.
Tunrkey Build Service
We take care of everything required to complete the build. From material acquisition to build and finish. We handle absolutely everything.
We understand that our clients do like to get involved at times, so we will work with you if you chose to handle the selections yourselves.
30-Day Turn Around
With our detailed in-house and scheduling and management team, we are able to complete 30 unit turnovers for landlord and property managers.
