Hello!

I support clients dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, life stages, grief and loss issues, trauma, PTSD and anger management support. The therapeutic approaches that I use are:

Narrative therapy
Solution focused brief therapy

Mindfulness
EMDR
Hypnotherapy

*I provide face to face and phone sessions

I am engaged, and collaborative with my clients. Clients describe me as warm, energetic, engaged and proactive. You can expect many tools and resources sent your way after your session. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or to hear more about how I work.

Please note that I do not reply to requests for two reasons:
-you live outside of the stated amount of miles that you are willing to travel to Vancouver from (I assume that clients are unaware that I am further than the amount of miles that they stated they would travel)
-you have a preference for a male counsellor
