I submitted my job on Bark and within 30 minutes, I received a call from Adrian at TPN. He took the time to walk me through the quote, potentially some additional items that MAY be needed, depending on the placement of the cameras. He followed up with a written quote and they were able to do the job within a couple of days.

While we were discussing the placement of the cameras, Adrian made a couple of suggestions that were great. I figure he does this way more often than I do and I relied on his experience. They installed 7 camera's and it took all day, but I'm really happy. There was no surprises with the final invoice. It was exactly what was quoted, plus I added another camera and the price was what was discussed.

Hired TPN to install security cameras for my home. Interactions with TPN were very pleasant and responses were quick and timely with Carmele. The one thing that really stood out from my interaction was how responsive Adrian and Dean were to customer satisfaction.
