We had a ventilation problem with my bathroom exhaust vent that ran to the roof. A plumber advised me that because of the height of the roof I would need to contact a roofing company and have them check for a possible blockage in the vent. I had a water leak around my chimney last week Joey showed up prepared with a ladder He climbed the roof and inspected the areas surrounding the chimney and other areas of the roof as well and took detailed pictures and pointed out potential problems and solutions. After contacting Torontoroofrepairs.ca for repair estimate at the front side of my house in Mississauga they responded very quickly, also providing photos of the damage after checking up my roof. As the quote was a reasonable one I gave them the green light for all the repairs. This task was done within a couple of working days, invoice followed by email, again with photos so that I could see for myself that all work quoted for had been completed out to my satisfaction. I needed to urgently repair a few shingles and a vent that blew off after a snowstorm on my roof and there I was, looking for a roofing company on google and found the website torontoroofrepairs. ca so I called to book an appointment for a free estimate. Leon answered my call right away and booked me an appointment for the next day. I especially would like to mention the consistency of communication as the worker Joe called me to confirm before he started his route to me the next day. Joe was on time, he climbed the roof and checked everything, showed me photos, and explained what need to be done providing me with variety of choices for the vent repair and a price for the shingle repair. I agreed to the estimate and he started right away. When all was done, they provided me with an email invoice with photos and I was able to pay by e-transfer as I needed to go back to work and couldn't stay there with him. We urgently needed someone to come out and inspect a roof leak and Leon from Toronto Roof Repairs Inc. was able to come out on short notice the next day. He was able to quickly identify the problem which turned out to be a leak from a roof vent which was not properly installed by a previous contractor. He provided a detailed explanation and multiple options so that we could make an informed decision. Leon then was able to book us in the next day and arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. He relocated a bathroom vent, installed new ductwork, and patched the existing opening, matching the existing shingles exactly.
