I am a realtor in Cowichan Valley and have used Top Pair Roofing previously for my clients. However, just recently, clients had chosen another roofing company to install a new roof. After over 3 months they did not finish the work and it appeared to be very shoddy workmanship. Finally, they were thrown off the job and on my recommendation employed Top Pair to remediate. Upon inspection it was discovered that the entire roof had to be torn down and another roof installed. Top Pair gave the best customer service I have seen in a long time and they went far and beyond to not only produce an incredible new roof, but did it very quickly as the house was just about to be taken over by new owners. My recommendations do not come easily, but I can honestly say that if anyone want the best roof, service and considerable knowledge, there is none finer than Top Pair Roofing.
