A little while ago I ordered a bouquet of flowers from here.... having never before even stepped into the store. The bouquet was for one of my staff who had done an incredible job working for me, before moving on for various other reasons. Anyway.... I ordered the bouquet in an effort to show my staff member just how much I had appreciated everything she had done. And the bouquet was everything I could have hoped for in terms of conveying that message. It was literally one of the nicest bouquets I had ever seen!! Dear Nazanin:Thank you so much for the beautiful work you and your staff did with my flowers order which I made  over the phone. They blew my expectations out of the water! This is close to the hospital. I came here to get some flowers for a friend who was at the hospital due to a sporting injury. It was also a tie in with Chinese New Year, therefore, it worked out perfectly. He is going to be fine and has a lot of company, however, I was so busy during that period with school and work that I FELT a little guilty about not visiting so I had some really nice flowers delivered. The customer service was awesome and they walked me through some options and a cool way to incorporate Chinese New Year into the theme. More...

Tooka Florist is in fact my favorite place for those special occasions, I wish we have a location here in California..  everything I've ordered for the last 2 years has been terrific. I love spending money and having that great feeling when I see the final result. Tooka Florist it's been my mediator essentially part of my beautiful love romance with my girlfriend now fiancé future wife.. I took the time to really give 100 starts for such a beautiful work and beautiful flowers and amazing staff that has always help me put big smiles and make my fiancé special. Tooka has a good variety of plants in bouquets, pots, etc. The store itself is very pretty inside (good presentation and organization). They had autumn-themed flowers which was perfect for the event we had to go to. They had exactly what my mother-in-law wanted (Yay!)Prices are reasonable in my opinion considering the quality of the service and presentation.The owner, Nazanin, was a pleasure to deal with. She was not only friendly but she also took her time to wrap our bouquet nicely, and make suggestions on how to present the orchid and the best way to take care of it. I remember the day I went in for a consultation - I had no clue what I was looking for and I did not know anything about Tooka florist and I had only a week left before my engagement ceremony. I only knew what I do not want. Nazanin was able to patiently sit down with me, look at a few pictures I had found on Instagram or Pinterest, and figure out exactly what I wanted for flowers and made something even more amazing than what I had in mind!!! It was a dream come true. My flowers were beyond beautiful! The place looked like HEAVEN after they brought the flowers, the colors were just breathtaking...She designed my table arrangements, the bridal bouquet, flowers for the cake and knife and headpiece flowers and we received so many compliments for each of them.She is such a sweetheart, she was even present at my place at the time of delivery on a Saturday morning and I didn't have to worry about a thing!I only saw her once but I think it's not just the great taste they have in flowers and design, Nazanin & her husband and Mom are just full of love, and I think that's what makes their work magical!
