What do you love most about your job?
That I get to help people better understand their body, move better, and breathe easier. When I can help a client find muscles they never knew they had, it's the most satisfying feeling ever!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to start a Pilates studio, but running a brick and mortar was never in reach. With the pandemic shutting down fitness studios and majority turning to online fitness, I saw an opportunity to start something on my own.
What began as workouts on zoom with friends turned into a full time business doing what I love!
Why should our clients choose you?
We are passionate about what we do. We love helping people move better in a way that they understand. We are more than just Pilates instructors, we teach functional movement that translates into daily life, helping our clients think differently about how they move.
Our classes are fun and encouraging and always end in smiles!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All of our group classes are online. However, our private sessions can be done virtually or in-studio.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We encourage virtual sessions as much as possible but if in-studio is preferred we require masks be worn during the session and that hand sanitizer is used upon entry.
The studio and props are all disinfected before and after any session.
Mat Pilates Classes
Functional workout classes that focus on strengthening deep core muscles, proper breathing and mobilizing tight areas.
Barre Classes
The standing version of Pilates that is based on dance and strength training. This class moves to the beat with the focus on small range movements at higher reps. The result will be longer, leaner, stronger muscles.
Mobility Pilates Classes
More than just a stretch class, Mobility Pilates focuses on increasing the range of motion in each joint by loading the muscles around the joint. Not only will you be able to move more freely, your joints will be stronger and more stable.
Private Pilates Classes
1:1 sessions that are personalized to help you achieve your goals, help you through any injuries or imbalances you might have and accelerate your progress, whether it be strength training or mobility training.
TRX Classes
Service upon request.
This is a full body strength training workout using a suspension trainer such as a TRX trainer.
Reformer Pilates Classes
Service upon request.
Full body workouts using the Pilates Reformer.
