How long have you been in business?
Tier ONE Property Maintenance was established in 2020 however, we have over a decade of cumulative cleaning experience. We are always striving to learn in order to provide you with the best quality work possible!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
YES! We bring all the necessary equipment and supplies to every job site so you don't have to worry about providing anything.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing a happy and impressed client after we finish our work. It's hard work, but well worth it at the end of the day when we see you smile!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have 6 years of Airbnb and property management experience, it is always frustrating when the quality of work does not meet my expectation and having to redo everything again myself. So I decided to start my own cleaning company that puts quality above all else.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a cleaning company, we work hard to disinfect all high traffic areas such as light switches, door handles, etc. Also, all our team members are encouraged to get vaccinated and are also equipped with masks during the entire job.
