What do you love most about your job?
We love helping our clients succeed by developing unique and compelling brands, and strategic traditional and digital marketing and content solutions that help them thrive in a complex digital landscape. My favourite part of our business is when we get to a point with clients where they come in our front door, and instead of shaking my hand, they hug me! It's then that I know we have become part of their business family, and trusted allies. That is what makes this business worth it to me. To know we have been part of our clients' journeys.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own agency because I started my career freelancing at other agencies, and was shocked at how poorly and disrespectfully they treated their creative staff. I vowed I would create an agency that was different. Completely different. An agency that was committed to contributing to our local creative economy, that provided full time employment with great salaries, benefits, and vacations to our creative and technical teams, and that gave everyone a voice.
