Just got done with a Christmas tea. I took a friend for part of her holiday gift, and we had simply a delightful time. The food was elegant and very tasty. We each had to take some of it home. By truly listening to our customers and tailoring our guests experience around their needs to deliver the ultimate experience
What do you love most about your job?
Everything, I fell in love with hospitality as a 10 year old and have never wanted to do anything else with my life
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been opening hotels around the world in some of the most incredible places. Elora's stunning setting struck me when I came to Canada to open the Elora Mill, the opportunity to accuire our building and finally take the plunge for ourselves was just too big a draw to miss out on.
