So far, I have only done the 1 complimentary class and I honestly cannot stop thinking about it! I took a kangoo class and as soon as I walked around on the boots there was an instant smile on my face. Amazing workouts with an awesome non judgement environment! Knowledgeable intstructor and you certainly feel the burn! Highly reccomend!
