My mission is to help women live their optimal life in synchronicity with their hormonal cycles. This mission was born from my own personal experiences as a former competitive figure skater.

Education is key to my approach because no one ever took the time throughout my career to break down the uniqueness of the female body and more specifically our hormones and the impact they have on our wellbeing.

I take an all encompassing approach to health and wellness and nutrition is definitely a factor. I don't believe in diets or restrictions and choose to align my nutrition needs based on the phases of my menstrual cycle to appease the rise and fall of hormones. I take this approach with all my clients as well to ensure everything is working harmoniously.

I sync their training with the phases of their menstrual cycle. This involves a mixture of mobility, high intensity interval training and more. All workouts are customized to my clients providing alternatives or modifications if required. All workouts are planned in advance and are available online with videos that demonstrate the exercises.

Taking everything into consideration. Working WITH your body rather than against it and this starts with regulating your hormones. When you eat well, hydrate, take your supplements, train and have some routine in your life, you will have a strong foundation for getting the body of your dreams. At the end of the day it does take work and commitment but I'm all about a gradual adoption of these good habits rather than jumping two feet in right away. This shocks the system and I want to ensure you are set up for success. Believe in the process.

I'm a people person and thrive off of new interactions. The women in my program are what keep me going each day. They are all so committed to living a more optimal life and I'm so happy and excited to be by their side.

The Period Lab was born from my personal experience as a former competitive figure skater and current experience as a female trainer living life as "one of the boys." Men and women are physiologically different up until recently all women, including myself had nutrition and training plans built for men, not women. Women have unique bodies and our menstrual cycles is a large part of it. I learned this the hard way and nobody ever took the time to explain WHY. Why I was having pain, why I left so bloated and why I felt completely debilitated during my period.

Once I learned about cycle syncing and applied it to my own life. Everything and I mean everything changed. I don't want women to feel like they have to live in pain or to feel uncomfortable discussing these taboo topics. The Period Lab is a place where women can feel supported and get the education they need to make informed decisions that will change their lives for the better. Pain free.

I take a holistic and all encompassing approach to my programming. We work on everything from nutrition, sleep, water, stress management, building a routine and more all while incorporating different training into the mix. Everything is synced with the phases of your cycle to appease the rise and fall of your hormones. I'm highly focused on education and helping you build a foundation for yourself from the ground up to ensure you are set up for sustainable success.

All programming is online. We use various coaching, training and messenger apps to communicate. Check in calls are by phone or video call. No changes have had to be integrated. All my programming is online. We connect via messenger and training apps, live video calls and more. All payments are taken digitally for ease. Programming has been adjusted to accommodate working out at home and having minimal access to equipment.
