I am from Hong Kong and I was lucky to have Ted to be my photographer. This was our first time to take pre-wedding photos overseas. Ted always replied quickly and gave us a lot of useful and great information and suggestion before the shooting. Ted picked us up at our hotel on the shooting day and it made our shooting very convenient and comfortable. Ted took us to a special and beautiful place for the shooting. Ted is a very professional photographer! He cares for and builds on his relationship with the couples. The first thing he asked my wife and I was how we met and our love story. Which then allows him to capture our moment on our big day in a more meaningful way. Ted is always punctual and responds to his email or phone calls right away which is very reassuring. While celebrating our love and beginning of a new life together, my wife and I sought the services of MOU studio. Having met Ted and his wonderful wife Aisa, we knew that we had made the right choice. From the first consultation at a coffee shop, Ted shared his passion and talent with us. Everything was so inspiring and definitely contributed to our dream of a perfect wedding. Together, we made plans and explained our requirements of a destination wedding in Paris, France. We were all excited.

Ted took the initiative and arrived early in Paris to scope out various locations and shots. We were extremely impressed in their planning and execution. We were referred to The Mou studio by some good friends who spoke very highly of Ted. Our wedding isn't until 2015 but we shot our engagement photos Seot 2014. Ted is a very hard working photographer and takes the time to listen to what you want. He tries to understand your style before and during the photo session. He arrived early to check out the location. He also saved the photos I told him I liked and made sure to include those shots while photographing us. Words can not even express how happy I am with how our wedding photos turned out. Neither my husband, nor I are very fond of being in front of a camera so we were a bit nervous about having to pose for so many photos. Ted made it quick, easy and really quite enjoyable! He did a masterful job of capturing our special day. I just love flipping through all the photos and feeling like I'm re-living my wedding day! Many of my friends spoken highly of The Mou Studio and gave us gift certificate for our new born daughter last year. We used it this year for her 1st birthday and cake smash session. The whole experience was amazing! We had a great time. Our kids had a great time! I have to say, I came across The Mou Studio out of pure luck. My husband and I are from Los Angeles and we are posted in Calgary for work, so to say we were absolute lost when it came to finding a photographer. ..or any other service...was an understatement. I Googled "Wedding Photography" and The Mou Studio was one of the first hits. After viewing Ted's work, I knew I had to work with him. Ted's work compares to some of the high end photographers I have worked with in LA. He is amazing at what he does, and his personality can make even the uneasy men (like my husband) feel comfortable in front of the camera. Hehehe.

It’s an overwhelming task trying to find a photographer and Ted was by far one of the better decisions my wife and I made while planning our wedding. He’s a very genuine person and it definitely shows in his work. He has a real gift for catching the “moment”. Neither my wife nor I like staged photos or really love taking photos to begin with so Ted was honestly a blessing in disguise. He has a real gift for making people feel comfortable and is really good at giving direction. We had an engagement session with Ted in Vancouver, BC and he was awesome! The weather on our scheduled day turned out to be quite gloomy but we managed to get in some amazing shots during the "golden hour" before it started to rain. Ted was great at directing us to pose correctly to get the best shots. We were a little worried about how to pose and with his direction, we looked like naturals! You know, like as if we really are in love with each other. Lol! All kidding aside, if you're looking modern, romantic and beautiful shots, Ted is the guy you're looking for. Ted did such an amazing job with both our engagement session and our wedding photos. I was really worried about not being able to open up to the camera, and that our pictures would look awkward. Ted really helped with coaching us to be more comfortable with being photographed. On our wedding day, unfortunately it rained the whole day, and was very wet during our couples session. This is any bride's worse fear, but Ted helped to make the most of it. Our rainy pictures turned out beautiful, Ted has really admirable work ethic as he braved through the downpour to help us get our shots. The pricing for the quality of work is outstanding.
