He could improve his customer service skills or just let someone else deal with the customers. He is very rude and completely driven by the amount of money he makes. I would never recommend him.

We brought our new dog Togo (9 year old husky, who lived in a kennel in a barn until we rescued him) to Marcel. Marcel was absolutely amazing with Togo and took such good care of him.
