I surprised my mom with a night stay for us, and a day at the Ten Spa for her birthday. She was amazed by this historic beautiful hotel! It’s like stepping back in time!! Goggle the history and stories of this hotel before you go, it’ll make your stay much more interesting.....Dinner at The Palm Lounge was excellent with great service and so was breakfast the next morning. Our room oozed character, which was exactly what I was hoping for! The front desk took it upon themselves to leave a birthday fruit basket, a rose and a card for my mom in our room, after dinner, and she was truly touched❤️. Free coffee delivered to your door the next morning was just icing on the cake, those little things go a long way, and made our stay all that more enjoyable! Thank You More...

Went for breakfast today! The line up for eggs was 20 minutes standing in line! No fresh fruit (a bowl with apples and bananas like the grocery stores do for free). Not offered toast at all, even paying required some manipulation! There was no meat choices, the pastries were a little stale (dry) and service was slow for coffee topup. It is over $25 per person and Aaltos does better. Next time, breakfast at CanadInns. So sad. This use to be decadence after a full week. Now it is just mediocre meal. More...

Bed and pillow so comfortable! We had a very good sleep! Staff very nice! The first room we were assigned was closed to the elevator and was noisy and they gave us another room with no problem at all. I recommend this hotel!

We used to love this place but tonight the hotel put us in a room over a banquet room with a party going on until well beyond midnight. They never said a word about it when we booked in and lied the first time we made a noise complaint saying they’d “send security” to check it out. The second time they claimed we should have been informed about this when we booked in, which of course they did not. What a crappy way to treat people, and what a disappointment. This has been a yearly treat for us. We will NEVEr book here again and will encourage people we know to be very very careful about it if they choose to come here. So so disappointed in this place. I love the Majestic hallways! The rooms are very comfortable, parking is convenient, wifi is fast, and the lobby lounge is amazing!
