After 4 hours she told us her mop was broken so it was taking much longer than she had expected. So we went over in time, which we paid for. Had she arrived with proper equipment we would have got more done in the same time. She was very friendly and likeable but it wasn't worth 2 days of my salary for 7 hours of what was done. More...

I had Anne and Doug in to help prep our house to use for a bridal party to get ready on what happened to be the same weekend as hurricane Fiona. Long story short, the other venue cancelled two hours before the wedding was to begin. We ended up moving the whole thing to our house, and in the stress of it all, the was no stress about having 40 people in my house that desperately needed a thorough cleaning, because Anne and Doug took care of it all and it was clean and smelled nice (which is an accomplishment when you have 13 cats - don't judge, they're kittens being rehomed).
I will be asking them back and I have already recommended them to friends. Hands down good decision going with them. They are life savers. More...

Anne was very quick to respond to my cleaning request and was able to fit us in quickly. She and Doug were pleasant, efficient and left our home looking and smelling great. Will likely use again!

The service was good, but a miscommunication occurred over the phone. The lady ended up charging me $30 more for two extra bedrooms, which I told her needed cleaning over the phone. She probably didn't understand that. But the overall service was good, although the lady seems to whine a lot. More...
