Wendy treats my dog like her own. She uses gentile guidance and positive encouragement. Not only does she take my dog on fabulous outings during the day but continuously socializes my fearful dog who now has made numerous new friends. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Charlotte and her staff treat my dogs like they are their own. We know our dogs are in excellent hands when they are in their care. We receive daily updates outlining their activities throughout the day. Charlotte has gained the trust and respect of our rescue dog who is usually skittish around people. Charlotte + her staff are so professional and friendly! True dog lovers, they are able to handle multiple dog families as is the case with us (4 fur babies) and I've never been worried that my boys weren't recieving the best care possible. They look forward to their weekly walks with the Crate Escape. The staff are flexible with walk times as we work shift work so we've had to re-arrange our walks periodically throughout the week and they are always accommodating! I know when the boys are out for their walks with Charlotte and her staff, they are being treated just as they would be if it was me or my husband walking them. They also write a journal entry after each walk giving you an update on your dogs and how the walk went! The boys love Charlotte + the staff at Crate Escape!!!
