What do you love most about your job?
I've always loved Real Estate, for many years I was a general contractor and specialized in Kitchens and Bathrooms, they best moment of all is when the project is completed and the property owner sees their dream kitchen or bathroom for the first time in its completed state. As a Realtor and Property Manager my passion for Real Estate thrives as I look after a families investment properties with future generations in mind.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an independent business mind, My first college degree was from the Dawson Institute of Photography and my first career was working as a commercial photographer, during that time I witnessed events and found myself in places that only a professional photographer would be lucky enough to find himself. One of my biggest highlights was working with Celine Dion in 1988 for her CBS debut album Incognito. I still practice photography for charitable reasons, my last volunteer event that I had the pleasure of photographing was the December 2018 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Finals.

Trust is the main reason, trust in my many years of practical applications and my multiple disciplines as a General Contractor and Real Estate Professional. Looking after a families investments properties, such as a one unit condo, home or a multi residential building requires dedication and knowledge. With Remax Lifestyles Realty we utilize an online platform called Mi Property Portal https://www.mipropertyportal.com this allows the Landlord access to the management of their properties 24-7. We are also paperless and mostly all transaction and signatures are processed through e-signature software's. Advertising, vetting, interviews are all completed on line. By the time I meet a potential tenant at the property, I have already narrowed down the candidates to only the best possible tenants. A professional will always use the latest technologies combined with an innate ability to read people to find model tenants.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid-19 has offered up a positive opportunity to scrutinize possible candidates before inviting them to the property, I make sure the location, schools, work related travel and the tenants long term plans fit the location. Focusing on the health and safety of a property is looking after the health and safety of others. With this perspective, you are looking after the landlords best interests and the property is the beneficiary.
