This year I decided to order our Christmas dinner so I could spend more quality time with my family rather than in the kitchen. I wasn’t sure who to order from but read reviews about the Catering Company and decided to use their services. We were not disappointed, they were so professional and helpful from the start of order to pick up on Christmas Eve morning. All packaged and boxed with clear instructions for reheating. Highly Recommended!My family sends a heart felt thank you to the Catering Company London for helping us with my mother's celebration of life. We booked them on the recommendation of the Mount Pleasant Chapel staff. We had no way to know how many people would show up but they helped us fine tune the order which actually less than we thought we'd need. When my husband and I began planning our wedding, we decided early on that the food had to be exceptional. We are self-proclaimed foodies and dreamed of a plated meal that was creative, accommodated all diets, and was outrageously tasty. We reached out to Kailee of The Catering Company who rose to the occasion and developed a completely customized menu including our favourite Greek and Thai dishes. Our guests raved about the food and were amazed to hear that the menu was entirely gluten free, as requested by myself (the celiac bride). The Catering Company exceeded my expectations!! Â We needed a caterer for a work party with 15 guests attending that we were hosting at our house. Â I saw The Catering Company had all 5-star excellent reviews on Yelp, and their website had so many great menu items that looked perfect for our needs, so we chose to use them. Â Hands-down, THE best choice! Â Hector is who helped me with booking our date, ordering our food and planning the logistics. Â He was so incredibly prompt in getting back to me in email, very informative, helpful, professional and courteous from beginning to end. Â I was very impressed! Â The set up crew arrived at our house right on time, and set up everything perfectly, cautiously AND in a timely manner, so when our guests arrived, everything was ready to go. The food was just beautifully created and displayed, they provided the linens, equipment to keep our food warm, labels for all our food items, including listing what was vegetarian and gluten free. Â Just so many small added touches that made our party even more successful than we expected. Â The food was just amazing! Â Everyone commented on how good it was and how beautifully it was displayed. Â I expected to have a lot left over, but we hardly had any left over! Â That is how much everyone loved the food. Wow! Now wasn't that a party! I held a surprise 60th birthday party for my wife in our backyard attended by about 35 guests and catered by The Catering Company. The food was fabulous and the service superb! The whole experience was almost effortless. I set a few requirements and Kailee and her team did the rest including recommending appetizers and entrees that met with our gluten-free and vegetarian requirements for certain guests, asking me questions to ensure we've covered all items, setting a schedule and sticking to it, thoroughly cleaning up the premises to the extent you wouldn't even have known we had a party! The whole experience was awesome and almost effortless! I received rave reviews by everyone who attended. And best of all, I was able to enjoy the party with my wife and guests rather than running around to manage everything. And they did it all at a very reasonable cost. This is my go to caterer- for every and any sized event!I work for a large tech company and have a regular need to order onsite catering. Over the past couple of years I have used The Catering Company and I could not be more pleased. The Event Managers are willing to work with you to find the perfect menu, service solution, and other needs. They have experience with all sizes of crowds (my events ranged from 20 - 1200), are comfortable in various event locations, and provide top of the line day-of service. Â Cost comparison when considering other local caterers, they have always been in top competition without sacrificing quality of product or service. Long overdue review. I love this company! I have been using their services professionally and personally for a few years. Recently, they provided food and service for a 50 person evening party . Nearly every guest approached me to tell me how great the food was. My mom said it was the best catered food ev-ah! Â The staff took excellent care of us during the event. We have ordered box lunches for office delivery and have been thrilled with each order. The food is fresh, hearty, generous portions and delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful and delivery was at the promised time. I ordered the Mediterranean turkey wrap - this sandwich was so big I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Invited to lunch at work put together by The Catering Company. First time I had their food, and I had a little sample of a few things. All of the food was really good! Â Beyond that, the services they offer are wide and quite accommodating!The items that I tried were:Malbec flat-iron steak medallion - Tender, juicy and cooked just right.Chicken wrap - Good!Oriental chicken salad - This was great.Italian greens salad - Simple but good.Skillet bistro chicken - Spiced well.Chocolate brownie - One half of a square was plenty for me, dense and tasted great.I took some other baked goodies back to my team like their lemon bar, muffins and sweet breads. Everyone told me they really liked them and asked me where they were from.A few of my colleagues have ordered from TCC, and they all told me positive things such as the food is great, the service is wonderful, they arrive on time and one gal told me that she called them once the morning of an event for lunch and they were able to fit her in. Â That is a life saver.They have a large catering menu, the biggest one I have seen for the Seattle area. They offer free delivery with no automatic tip being added, and they will deliver as few as just 2 box lunches! They also are able to do catering with minimum notice.The sales director was on site, and he explained that for special occasions or holidays, they will have special menu items available such as king's cake during mardi gras, just give them a call and let them know what you're looking for or ask what the specials are. They will also BBQ for you in the summer, set up live cooking stations, and have great table settings and compostable dinnerware if desired.TCC also caters breakfast. They have vegan and gluten free options. They have a lot of appetizers and full bar. Wow!! Just amazing people and food!We reached out to quite a few catering companies (in London and area), for our wedding- and these beautiful souls were the first ones to get it right! We're vegetarian and had a specific vision for our meal, and Kailee and Dan and Richard nailed it! Not to mention the fair pricing, for the quality of food - you could really feel the passion from the Chef and staff, in their food and in their customer service. Our guests at our wedding couldn't stop talking about how delicious the meal was- and the servers! They were amazing, thoughtful and so friendly. A couple of the cocktail hour servers came all the way to the wedding party (during photos) to make sure we got some food and beverages too! My wife and I were extremely happy with the service we had from The Catering Company. We came to them with an idea about a menu that wasn't traditional. Within a day or two, they offered us several options that fit our requests, as well as other choices that bettered out menu. Numerous times throughout the night and in the weeks following, guests have approached us expressing their love for the food. My wife and I spoke to several caterers before choosing The Catering Company for our wedding. All others were hesitant and unconfident that they could meet our specifications. With the craziness of wedding planing and stress of trying to get yourself all organized Kailee and her team really stepped up. Going beyond the duties of a catering company and at times offering their insight and experience almost as wedding planners. Kailee took the time to meet with us well in advance and go over not just the food details, but the entire wedding plan, asking us questions and assisting about things we hadn’t even thought of. Without hesitation they accepted multiple dietary challenges head on, ensuring all our gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan and peanut free guests had just as many option as everyone else. Not only were there a multitude of choices for everyone, absolutely all the food was delicious. All of our guests complimented the food, appetizers and main course. My maid of honour who is GF accidentally grabbed the wrong main and one of the servers immediately took notice, ran to the head table and brought her the right dish. This really stuck out as amazing service from a company that actually cares. For us food was one of the most important details for our wedding and the team at The Catering Company really took all the stress away from planning for food, table set up and organization. The theme I envisioned was Christmas Around the World where I could honour the various heritages of my coworkers. While planning, I contacted several caterers asking them to suggest a menu that featured traditional dishes from France, Germany, England, Ireland, Poland and Scotland. The chef at The Catering Company came up with a wonderful menu that included Beef Wellington with Yorkshire’s, Roasted Duck, creamy Irish mashed Potatoes, roasted vegetables and a decadent Polish Krempita dessert so clearly my decision was easy to make. I have been very impressed with The Catering Company! Excellent customer service from responsive email, professionalism, and service that "caters" to the customer. The organization that I work for has a diverse group of people and we do not have an office manager that organizes our meeting lunch ins. The Catering Company has been excellent at being willing to accommodate that one person we forgot to get lunch for, accommodating the picky eater who wants their meal customized to them. For our most recent event, we needed boxed lunches delivered on-time that would also accommodate dietary restrictions without breaking the bank. The Catering Company has a simple online ordering process allowing you to order without back and forth emails to a catering coordinator. I can't wait any longer to post a review stating HOW INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING THESE PEOPLE ARE, but I don't have time to add a lot of details. ..so edits to follow, but basically: 1) totally affordable (notice I didn't say "cheap," because the quality is not.) 2) customer service is off-the-charts fantastic, particularly from Gregg who coordinated my orders (I'm placing a third one now), and Troy, the on-site staff/server/delivery employee assigned to us. 3) Everyone loved the food, of course. The most reliable catering company I've ever worked with. Extremely affordable and always on time. A pleasure to work with. Bandi is always on top of it! We had three events in One week for 25 people each, and they took care of us. We got boxed lunches that came with cookies, silverware, mints, wetwipes and napkins, as well as a catered buffett dinner with open bar. The mashed potatoes were amazing! The Catering Company catered my organization's special event last week and did a fabulous job!From scheduling, to keeping on budget (I work for a non-profit, so this was EXTREMELY important), to set-up and the food, everything was perfect. You know what I hate? Â I hate it when I lock my keys in my car and it's RAINING!!!! Â You know what else I hate? Â Trying to find a caterer for an event for 150 people that's happening in 5 days (well, maybe hate is a bit strong- I strongly DISLIKE it). Â BUT, Gregg and his team at the Catering Company handled it in stride.Gregg talked to me over the phone to assess my needs and offer some tips and BAM! Â Made it happen, and that's what I LOVE- making things happen. Â But I worked with Bandi (one of the staff members there) and she was able to help me with food, staff and rental (cocktail tables etc).
