So super impressed with the cleanliness, quality of exhibits, etc. But most of all by the politeness, enthusiasm and teaching ability of the young ladies and gentlemen acting as facilitators and ALL STAFF for that matter. . They give a person a boost of optimism for the younger generation. More...

Telus Spark is great for a family fun day, it's fun watching children have fun while learning. What I like best about them however is the way they also give back to the community and donate to worthwhile causes that save the lives of all Albertans having just help raise over $57000 by donating silent auction items to the 6th annual Whispering Pines Charity Golf Tournament to benefit STARS, thanks Telus Spark

Incredible science centre !!! Spent 6 1/2 hours today with my 5 & 3 year old. There’s so much to do!! The outside play area is INCREDIBLE. We arrived at 9AM as the play area for younger kids is open an hour earlier. LOVE the new junkyard free play space and the Adult Oasis; comfortable chairs to sit in the shade & free iced flavoured water. I was so excited to see this open ended engaging space with loose parts !! ALL staff was incredibly kind & helpful. Theres a great selection of food. The bathrooms were always clean. Parks Canada did a fire presentation outside. We watched a show in the dome theatre. I live in Calgary and agree that the cost is pricey but well worth it!!! Will definitely be back! More...

My 6 and 9 year old love it! We spent all day until closing - they had to kick us out! Coming from Vancouver, we didn't know what to expect -- is it just like our "science world"? . pretty much which was a pleasant surprise. We went on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all which was our biggest surprise. More...

What an evening! My boyfriend and I came here for the adults only night featuring the creation of alcohol theme. It was my first time at the spark and it won't be my last! From the outdoor maze and super slide, to all the fun exhibits, the yummy drinks and furry friends walking around were just the icing on the cake. Can't wait to come back! More...

The kids sure do have a great time at Telus Spark; and they learn so much by experiencing, touching, creating, and interacting. Unfortunately, it’s an expensive day! $74 just for parking & admission for an adult and two kids! The cafeteria serves really good, healthy food. But, it too is expensive. You can save a few bucks if you bring your own lunch and snacks. More...

I don't visit museums often, but this was one of the most interactive and educational museums I've ever gone to! I think it's good for all ages, though I would bring my kids here one day (once I get lil munchkins of my own). There are activities that inform you and also let you think. Just think of a Dave and Busters but educational. There are two floors, obstacle courses, and a huge slide outside! I think you should reserve a minimum 4 hours for this place. I wanted to do more but time was limited. I really enjoyed myself here! I would totes come back here! More...

This is the first interactive museum I've been to. It's huge! There's an inside and outside to it, with two levels on the inside. Walking around, it seemed like a more kid-friendly place but I was able to have fun myself. This is definitely somewhere I'd like to take my future kids. Each station is pretty cool, as it teaches you or challenges you to do certainly things. I would say that you need at least 2 hours in here, and that might not be enough to hit everything. More...

Was just ok, parking $10.00? Like really? The cost to get in the place is outrageous. There’s tons to do for children 7 and up but not a lot to do for younger children. Would I go again probably not. We missed all the “shows” that’s were offered during the time we were there and no getting in 5 minutes after the show started. Anyway it’s a great experience for ages 7 and up but be prepared to fork out lots of cash. More...

I love Telus Spark, I play at all the exhibitions with my daughter, it's a great time for both of us. We bought a membership, well worth it, as it's a wonderful place to go during the cold winter months. Summer is great, as they have a wonderful outdoor area. Currently they have the "circus" theme which is great fun!! In terms of parking, I avoid driving and take the c-train as the train is very close by. More...

This new facility was such an enormous surprise! the space is huge, beautiful architecture and design and many different opportunities for learning through experience. They have a huge space for toddlers to explore and young children can make/build with all sorts of grown up tools. Staff are around to guide. The restaurant is also large with a good menu that also caters to different dietary needs and has lots of high chairs. Plan to spend some time here. You may get tired before you run out of places to explore. Many movies show throughout the day. Parking is $10 but you get refunded $5 when you purchase admission. This is definitely a worthwhile stop at any time. Get a membership (good for any Science centre in Canada) and enjoy these opportunities. We are so lucky to have these spaces available! More...
